This modular course introduces you to the power of exploratory analysis through Path Analysis. While funnels show you where users drop off, User Paths reveal where they go instead. You will learn how to uncover the organic, unstructured ways users navigate your platform to identify hidden roadblocks and high-conversion "happy paths." Completing this module earns you a specialized badge in Journey Discovery.
