Learning Objectives
- Campaign Creation & Design: Learn to build and customize various In-App message types (standard, TV, Rating Prompts) using the Drag & Drop and HTML Editors, and utilize specialized templates like Nudge and Gamification.
- Advanced Personalization & Intelligence: Master dynamic personalization (Jinja, Key-Value Pairs), leverage Merlin AI for content generation, and configure contextual and localized messages (Locales).
- Campaign Logic & Delivery: Understand message triggering mechanics, apply frequency and control settings (FC and DND), and comprehend how MoEngage handles message delivery.
- Testing & Analytics: Learn to validate campaigns using on-device testing and test users, and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks) to troubleshoot issues.
Prerequisites
- Platform Setup: Successful account login and 2-step verification, with an understanding of Live and Test environments for campaign validation.
- Technical Integration: Successful implementation and validation of the MoEngage SDK (Android, iOS, or Web), including configuration of Deep Linking infrastructure.
- Data and Segmentation: Functional knowledge of event tracking, setup of User Profiles and Attributes, and the ability to create Custom, Live, or File-based segments to define the message audience.
- Creative and Asset Preparation: Availability of creative assets (images, GIFs, videos), knowledge of styling options (Custom Fonts, Dark/Light Mode), and a basic understanding of HTML for advanced templates.
