Learning Objectives

  • Configure Audience Integrations: Set up and understand requirements for Facebook Audience integration on the MoEngage dashboard, and link and navigate Google Ads Audience apps within MoEngage.
  • Execute Audience-Based Campaigns: Create and launch targeted Facebook and Google Ads campaigns using the MoEngage dashboard.
  • Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance: Access, interpret, and differentiate performance metrics and attribution models in Campaign Info and Analytics for both Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
  • Troubleshooting and Error Management: Identify and troubleshoot common errors specific to Facebook Custom Audience setups and Google Ads campaign creation/analysis.

Course Pre-requisites

  • MoEngage Fundamentals: Dashboard and Account Management (Workspace Settings, Team Management, Access Roles).
  • Data Management and User Identity: Understanding of User Profile structures, Unified Identity (Identity Resolution), and basic Event Tracking and Naming Conventions.
  • Segmentation Skills: Proficiency in Segmentation Basics (Filters, Aggregation) and understanding Custom, Live, and File Segment types for outbound syncing.
  • Technical Configuration: Knowledge of Integration Validation, API Keys, and Data Privacy/Compliance (PII masking).
  • Analytics Foundations: Basic understanding of Behavior/Funnel Analysis to identify high-value segments, conversion goals, and campaign attribution.
